PURCHASES

From which nations can I place orders?

The online purchase is reserved for customers within the countries of the European community*. 

If you live outside the European community, you can ask for a quotation through the website and you will be contacted.

*For customers based in Cyprus and Malta: it is not possible for you to make orders directly on the website. You can however request a quote for the items of your interest: our Customer Care staff will contact you with our best quote including shipping costs, which you will have to confirm in order to fix the prices and carry out your final order.

What currency can I buy with?

All products that can be purchased online are only available in the Euro currency.

AVAILABILITY

How can I check the availability of a product?

When you add a product to your cart, you are updated on the availability of the product. For products that we have in stock the shipment is within 24 hours (on working days) from the moment you confirm your order.

Could the availability of a product change when I close the transaction?

Some products have limited availability. If during the selection phase (in the cart) other customers have confirmed the purchase, availability may vary.

Is there a minimum order value?

Yes, in order to complete your order, the minimum  product value is 50,00 EUR, transport excluded.

What kind of payment is accepted?

We accept credit cards of the VISA and MasterCard circuit and payments through PayPal.

SHIPPING

Can I choose the shipper?

To allow a faster order fulfillment we have selected the express courier DHL. It is therefore not possible to make shipments for online orders with other carriers. In case of orders with a weight higher than 100kg Legor Group S.p.A. may ship with a different carrier.

How can I know the estimated delivery time for the goods I want to purchase?

After having put the selected products in the cart, you will be informed about the estimated delivery time for the selected products before checking out.

How can I return a non-compliant product?

I am already a FOV | Legor Group S.p.A. customer, do I still have to create a new account on this website?

Yes, if you use this e-commerce site for the first time, you must create a new account. You will receive confirmation of your registration by e-mail and then you can activate your account.

Only by registering you can access your specific purchasing conditions, review orders and the history of your online purchases.

PROMO

On which products promotional coupons apply?

Promotional coupons only apply to the “tools and consumables” and “plating machines and accessories” categories. Alloys and plating solutions cannot be discounted by a coupon.
